What we collect

Only what an order needs:

• Name, email, phone and delivery address
• A government ID image for age verification
• Order history and payment status, never full card numbers
• Basic analytics on which pages get used

Your ID document

Age verification is a licence condition, so we cannot skip it. The image is encrypted at rest, reachable by a small compliance team only, and never shared with brands, advertisers or data brokers. You can delete it under Account, ID & verification, at any time; the next order will simply ask for it again.

What we never do

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not pass your purchase history to brands. Recommendations are computed on our own systems from your own orders.

How long we keep it

Order and compliance records are kept for the period the law requires, then destroyed. Everything else, addresses, saved items and marketing preferences, is deleted within 30 days of you closing your account.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete everything the law lets us delete. Write to hello@newshrooms.com and we answer within 45 days, usually far sooner.
