Shipping & delivery
We deliver ourselves rather than handing orders to a carrier, because the licence requires an ID check at the door.
Windows and cutoffs
Order before 18:00 and we deliver the same evening. After the cutoff you can pick any window from the next morning. Windows are two hours wide and you get a message when the driver is two stops away.
What happens at the door
The driver checks your ID against the name on the order. Nobody else can accept it, and it cannot be left at the door, with a neighbour or at a desk. If nobody answers, the order returns to the depot and we contact you to arrange another window.
Packaging
Everything ships in opaque, child-resistant packaging with no product names on the outside. The label carries your name and the order reference, nothing else.
Where we deliver
Only inside the area our licence covers. The checkout tells you before you pay if an address falls outside it.
